Our Story
HubKey began with a simple observation: Managing rental properties was becoming increasingly complex and time-consuming for Philadelphia property owners, especially as the industry became more regulated and technology-driven.
That’s why we launched HubKey. Our team of experienced professionals set out to reinvent the property management process and experience. We operate at the forefront of the industry, using the latest technology and tools to streamline every aspect of real estate and property management.

Mike Goldstein
CEO, Broker of Record
Mike’s core passion is helping ordinary people build wealth through real estate.
Mike’s interest in real estate originated from a young age when his grandmother built the Attache in Wildwood Crest in 1966. Having this historic building in his family, Mike was able to get a behind-the-scenes look at the seasonal family business which ended up driving his interest into the real estate world. Fast forward to May of 2008, Mike graduated from The Fox School of Business at Temple University and bought his first home in the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia while renting out the 4 other bedrooms in the house, ultimately beginning his career as a landlord.
Mike has been managing properties since 2008, and has aggressively acquired properties throughout Philadelphia to build generational wealth for his family. He founded Hubkey in 2022 to offer a more transparent way to manage properties.
